Founded in 2001, Healing Hearts Across Borders is a non-profit organization that provides medical care to under-resourced communities in Tijuana, Mexico. Our clinics bring together physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, translators, and students with a common interest to help those in need.

Clinics operate on a monthly basis. Our locations in Tijuana include La Roca Mens Shelter and Nueva Aurora Family Clinic, with planned expansion to a third site to be announced. In addition to medical care, personal care items and clothing are available to patients. 

 

As a registered 501(c3)non-profit organization, all monetary or other donations are tax deductible. We welcome monetary donations through our website and are always seeking additional volunteers to expand the breadth of care we can offer.
